Going to See A Lot of the NYPL

The other day I got a job working for the Staten Island Yankees BOO! But the good news is it means I am going to get to see a lot of New York Penn League and more specifically the Brooklyn Cyclones.

The Yankees and Cyclones see a lot of each other including playing opening day on June 17th at Richmond County Ballpark.

I am going to get a lot of opportunities to the Mets top draft picks now.  More so than previous years when I was only able to see players like Cory Vaughn, Ike Davis, Reese Havens, and Kirk Nieuwenhuis a handful of times.

With the talent in this year’s draft class I am most likely going to get to see a lot of top prospects.  There is also a possibility the Mets put 2009 2nd round pick Steven Matz in Brooklyn so I can watch him.

Not to mention I’ll get to make some guap while scouting some players.
